Apprentice Electrician

Job Summary As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of experienced electricians to learn the skills necessary for a successful career in the electrical field. This role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop technical expertise. Responsibilities - Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures - Learn to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively - Study and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams - Perform tasks related to commercial, industrial, and high-voltage electrical systems - Assist in testing electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools - Follow safety protocols and adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines Requirements - Interest in pursuing a career as an electrician - Willingness to learn from experienced professionals - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Basic understanding of electrical concepts is a plus - Familiarity with blueprint reading is advantageous

Pay: $19.75 - $28.79 per hour
