Position Overview:
We are seeking a Work From Home Appointment Setter to cold call small and medium-sized businesses. Your role is to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives to close deals. You will be the first point of contact, making a strong impression on behalf of AT&T.
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses.
- Digitally canvas and find businesses to call.
- Self generation of leads.
- Engage business decision-makers, present our services, and create interest.
- Qualify potential leads based on company criteria.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct presentations and close deals.
- Accurately record call notes, lead details, and appointment times in CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly call volume and appointment-setting goals.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently from home.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
