As an Appointment Setter at Carbon Recall, you are responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective customers, and setting appointments for Sales Consultants. This role is focused on outbound calls, inbound lead response, digital lead nurturing, and appointment scheduling. You are the first voice customers hear, making professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy essential. By ensuring Sales Consultants meet with qualified, interested homeowners or businesses, you directly contribute to the company’s growth.
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers.
- Respond to inbound leads from digital campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Qualify leads by confirming property ownership, creditworthiness, and utility usage.
- Explain the basics of solar and storage, rebates, and incentives (at a high level).
- Accurately log lead details into CRM (Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar).
- Schedule prospective customers with Sales Consultants based on shared calendar and mutual collaboration.
- Confirm appointment details with both the customer and sales rep.
- Email scheduled prospective customers frequently asked questions and other marketing materials.
- Reduce no-shows through reminders, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
- Ensure each appointment is properly documented with notes for the Sales Consultant.
- Collect information from the customer to improve the proposal process.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to align calendars and priorities.
- Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Track and report daily/weekly activity, including calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.- 1–3+ years of experience in sales support, telemarketing, or appointment setting (solar/home services a plus).
- Strong phone and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and ask qualifying questions confidently.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce, or similar).
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.

- Call/Contact Volume: Number of outbound calls, texts, and emails completed daily.
- Lead Qualification Rate: % of leads that meet company-defined criteria.
- Appointment Set Rate: % of qualified leads booked into appointments.
- Show Rate: % of scheduled appointments that actually occur.
- Sales Conversion Influence: % of set appointments that convert into closed deals.
