Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are actively seeking to fill maintenance positions in Overland Park . The Apartment Maintenance Technician will undertake the responsibility of preserving and maintaining the physical integrity of the apartment community and facilities. In order to be considered, the applicant needs to demonstrate they are highly skilled in all areas of apartment maintenance including grounds, pools, appliance repairs, general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Perform maintenance and repairs in both occupied and vacant units including but not limited to:

Must have multiple years of verifiable experience in a similar maintenance position for multi-family housing. Compensation based on experience*.
