Primary Purpose JOB DESCRIPTION
The Analyst will oversee and support all aspects of Land Records Management including analysis, maintenance, data input, imaging, obligations, rental payments, and storage of all new and legacy agreements.
Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities
- Field disbursement check input and coding verification for daily bank upload and Oracle upload.
- Analyze and input new agreements (leases, easements, permits, rights-of-way, and deeds) into QLS.
- Assist with ownership changes and agreement maintenance.
- Maintain obligations, rentals, third-party invoices, and expirations using e-Calendar.
- Contribute to enhancing data quality based on audit reports.
- Prepare files for scanning, scanning, and indexing in Dynamic Docs.
- Collaborate with team members to support due diligence efforts related to acquisition, divestiture, and merger activities.
- Research uncashed checks, prepare letters to landowners, and work with accounting to escheat money to the state if needed.
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures.
- Assist Sr. Analysts in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data
- Collaborate with a variety of people with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.

- Maintain a high regard for personal safety, the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
- Other daily, weekly, monthly, or special projects may be assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Education
- Associate's degree in business administration or similar field.
- Two or more years of experience in Land Administration or related field.
- Two or more years of industry experience, Midstream experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology, legal descriptions, and various land provisions.
- Experience in using a Land System Experience with QLS a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
