Opportunity Overview:

Business Analyst II

Miami, FL - 100% onsite

Your Day-to-Day:

You will have expertise in Salesforce solutions, with a focus on integrations across platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systems. You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into technical specifications while ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity across the enterprise. Collaborate with partners to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions. Analyze and increase existing business processes, aligning them with Salesforce capabilities. Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story development. Partner with technical and QA teams to design and test Salesforce functionality end to end with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems. Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Be a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring requirements are met within project timelines. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Who You Are:

- 3 to 5 years related experience. Bachelor's degree but not required.

- Experience with Salesforce specifically integrations with other platforms.

- Experience with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP and other enterprise systems.
