About The Role
DESRI is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as an EPC Operations Analyst or Associate (title commensurate based on experience). The role provides the opportunity to support the execution of procurement and logistics operations across DESRI’s portfolio of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. As a member of the procurement team, you will play a key role in coordinating equipment contracts, managing warehousing logistics, and supporting vendor relationships throughout the lifecycle of major renewable infrastructure projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and execution of critical project components in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop broad expertise in renewable energy operations while working in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging work environment.
What You'll Do
You’ll be tasked with supporting DESRI’s Procurement team in managing the full lifecycle of major equipment and services contracts for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. You’ll work closely with the Manager of Procurement to coordinate logistics, oversee warehouse and delivery schedules, and ensure smooth execution of key supply agreements across DESRI’s national portfolio. As projects move from early-stage execution through delivery and construction, you’ll play a critical role in operationalizing contract terms, supporting vendor relationships, and maintaining procurement tracking systems. You’ll also assist with site-level coordination, contract administration, and logistical risk mitigation by interfacing with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and third-party warehousing partners across the country.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of one to two years of relevant professional experience is strongly preferred, particularly in procurement, logistics, operations, construction, or project coordination roles.
- High level organizational and logistical skills, ability to multi-task on several projects in a fast-paced environment, interpersonal, and leadership skills is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and experience with project tracking tools is a plus.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, paid time off, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
