Overview:
ENFRA, LLC (formerly “Bernhard, LLC”) (Little Rock, AR) Analyst (FT): Support various initiatives in operations, finance, human resources, and legal departments. Conduct data analysis, create dashboards, and manage large data volumes to produce comprehensive reports. Transform complex data into actionable items. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive decision-making and support operations. Manage administrative tasks (scheduling, presentation materials, agendas, meeting notes, and monitor action items). Review of transaction-related financial models, energy models, contracts, legal documents, feasibility assessments, and other complex documents. Support management team in assessing mergers and acquisitions and conducting market research to inform strategic objectives. Conduct market research, assess public and private competitors, model pro forma financial statements, review due diligence materials. Requires attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by resume content, written submissions, and interview responses. Ed/Exp req’d: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or closely-related field, plus 1 year of exp. in modeling and the preparation of presentation materials in fields such as management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, FP&A, commercial real estate, investment management, etc. Skills req’d: Proficiency with Power BI, Python, R, SQL, and/or similar scripting languages. Able to lift 50 lbs. Primarily based in Little Rock (Travel required: up to 75% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office locations; Must be able to travel with little or no advance notice and available to consistently work outside of standard business hours).
