FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.
- Assist with tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
- Monitor production quality to ensure it meets company standards.
- Report and help resolve quality issues promptly.
- Step into various roles when coverage is needed.
- Understand all positions in the department to provide hands-on support.
- Learn each position thoroughly.
- Help train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Act as the supervisor in your absence.
- Make decisions and manage workflow when you're not available.
- Update dashboards and production logs.
- Perform computer-based tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure deadlines are met and production stays on schedule.
- Promote and reinforce a culture of safety and high productivity.
- Lead by example in following safety protocols and encouraging others to do the same.
