Duties

Partner directly with the COO to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for AI integration.

•

Analyze workflows across business segments to identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization.

•

Research, recommend, and implement AI tools and technologies that improve workflows and decision-making.

•

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to upskill employees on AI applications.

•

Act as a trusted advisor to department heads for targeted AI strategies and use cases.

•

Establish performance metrics and regularly report on the outcomes of AI initiatives.

•

Stay current on AI trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential future adoption.

Qualifications

•

2-5 years of experience working in AI, data analytics, automation, or related technical fields.

•

Strong working knowledge of AI tools and concepts (e.g., automation, machine learning fundamentals, large language models, data analysis).

•

Proven success applying technology to streamline and improve business operations.

•

Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach and support non-technical users.

•

Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
