AI/ML Developer – Industrial Field Data Applications

Location: Remote (Canada-based preferred) with occasional travel

Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 CAD (Contract preferred, employee considered)

Blue Chip MRC and Field Services is a fast-growing Canadian firm delivering regulatory, emissions, and measurement solutions to oil and gas producers. We're now building smarter field tools using AI to support data capture, validation, and maintenance; helping field teams move from clipboard-based reviews to intelligent automation.

You’ll be joining a proven team working on practical, auditable AI solutions; tools that support compliance, reduce errors, and increase speed across the field. Some models you’ll build from scratch; others you’ll shape collaboratively alongside SCADA/IoT engineers and field personnel.
