AI-First Product Manager

We're a VC-backed fintech startup reimagining financial infrastructure from the ground up using AI. We're building the intelligent systems that will power the next generation of real estate financing - eliminating inefficient middlemen and creating direct value for consumers. We're not just applying AI to existing processes; we're using it to fundamentally redesign how financing works, making complex financial transactions as simple as a few clicks.

The Role:

We're seeking our first AI-First Product Manager

- a next-generation product leader who has fundamentally transformed their workflow with AI. You'll own product strategy while demonstrating how AI can accelerate everything from market research to UI/UX design to feature deployment.

What you will do:

using AI for market research, PRDs, prototyping, and data analysis

while evangelizing AI-first methodologies across all product workflows

using AI tools for UI/UX creation, wireframing, and interactive mockups

- leverage vibe coding, AI-generated components, and intelligent testing frameworks

through AI-enhanced analytics and predictive modeling

using AI to compress traditional development cycles by 3-5x

on strategic decisions backed by AI-generated insights and competitive intelligence

Who you are:

product management experience with proven AI tool mastery in daily workflows

who uses ChatGPT/Claude for strategy, Cursor/Copilot for prototyping, AI tools for design

experienced with AI-assisted design tools (Figma AI, v0, etc.) and rapid visual prototyping

comfortable with vibe coding and AI-generated feature development

with experience using AI for user research, analytics, and predictive insights

who thrives in startup environments and uses AI to move impossibly fast

with track record of driving key business metrics through intelligent product decisions
