Essential Job Functions•Design and deliver AI agents and workflows to solve real-world business problems using low-code/AI-automation products like Microsoft’s Copilot Studio/Power Platform and more advanced tools like AI Foundry
•Collaborate with other Enterprise Technology team members and business stakeholders to identify processes suitable for AI Agent integration
•Design the frameworks to govern the use of low-code/AI-automation products
•Provide technical guidance to business users on AI solutions
•Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI-powered solutions
•Stay up to date with advancements in AI tooling and incorporate new approaches as appropriate
•Document AI solutions, processes, and decisions to ensure transparency and repeatability
•Contribute to a culture of innovation by championing AI-driven improvements company-wide
Education/Experience/Skills
Basic Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science or related degree
•Proven experience delivering low-code/AI-automation solutions from conception to completion
•Strong adherence to best-practices and standards
Preferred Requirements
•Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
•Knowledge of Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform
•Strong Data Analytics skills with a background in machine learning tools and techniques
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
•Knowledge of model deployment and ML Ops best practices
•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
•Strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly
•Knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#
