Reporting to the Agro Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service; operating cash registers and taking payment from customers; assisting with merchandising and displaying of the Agro Department; and maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with farm customers and team members
- Assist Feed Specialist as needed
- Warehouse maintenance and inventory management and quality control
- Operate power equipment, including forklift, skid steer, and wheel loader
- Feed handling and storage
- Deliver feed orders to clients
- Operate point of sale system, ensuring all billing is correct

- You have efficient organizational skills.
- You have a Class 5 driver’s license.
- You have strong communication skills both written and oral.
- You have a positive, professional approach and attitude.
- You are dependable for all scheduled shifts.
- You have the ability to problem solve.
- An Agro background would be considered an asset.
