Advisor, IT (Network)

Job Summary

This IT Advisor position is part of the Network Operations team and will help support Continental’s data center, corporate, and field network. This position is hands-on, meaning the candidate will be performing configuration, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance on the company’s routers, switches, and firewalls. The IT Advisor occupies a critical role within their area of expertise by providing architectural direction to optimize hardware and software technology usage. Guided by the directives of both IT Management and IT Principal Architects, they ensure alignment of solutions with strategic roadmaps.

Skills and Competencies* Demonstrated technical architectural knowledge

Required Qualifications* High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field from an accredited college or university.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions* Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, and stooping.
