About Brucejack

Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

Your Impact

As the Advisor, Exploration Drilling, you will play a critical role in the execution and oversight of both surface and underground drilling programs at Brucejack. You’ll work directly with drilling contractors, site leadership, and the exploration team to ensure drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Newmont’s global standards. Your work will be key to delivering high-quality exploration results while promoting a strong culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

Location: Brucejack Mine (fly-in/fly-out role)

Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Conditions: Onsite in a remote, mountainous exploration environment with active surface and underground drilling operations

Requirements: Must pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing, and comply with all PPE and site safety protocols

The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is CA$83,400 -111,180 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
