Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Manager to assist with traditional administrative task such as scheduling, assisting with meeting set ups, written and verbal communication to clients, staff, suppliers, etc. This person will be intimately involved in some financial transactions such as invoicing, maintaining receipts, expense reports, etc. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products and versatility.
Duties
•Manage day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations.
•Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for senior staff.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Comfortable with technology and its application in the workforce
•Support the team with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and organizing files.
•Helping to ensure that client billing is on time and accurate
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
•Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Executive Assistant or similar type role
•Previous bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
•Able to set up and manage company SharePoint site
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; candidates are encouraged.
•Desire someone who is comfortable with Customer Contact
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Attention to detail is essential for proofreading
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
•Someone highly promotable
