Administrative Assistant, Sherhan Plant

The Administrative Assistant supports the plant in the Sherhan area (approx. 20 miles north of Gruver TX) . The Administrative Assistant will have shared responsibilities between the Gathering, Front Desk and as needed by other Field workgroups. The candidate should be a detailed-oriented, pro-active individual with a positive attitude and possess the capability to implement Administration procedures at the Front Desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, computer skills, sound judgment and will report to multiple supervisors.

Responsibilities may include:

Being the first point of contact, screening, receiving and directing visitors.

Maintaining front desk security procedures and policies.

Ordering resources and delivering to customers in a timely manner.

Analyzing Gathering resource usage in varied databases.

Managing electronic resources, and supporting the individuals who use them.

Performing internet research functions.

Word processing and creating detailed spreadsheets.

Maintaining interactive calendars and scheduling conference rooms.

Processing invoices in SAP.

Required Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift boxes up to 25lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal written and communication skills

Ability to learn new computer applications and apply them in the workplace

SharePoint and Livelink skills and experience

Demonstrate a high level of initiative and results driven effort

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently

Work well in a team environment

Possess planning/organization skills

Exposure to business concepts, practices and principles

Midstream:

The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
