Shift: Swing Shift, 3:30pm to 12:00am

Purpose of the Position:

Provide administrative support for, warehouse operations and connected departments of Farwest Steel. Process data and provide all necessary information and documentation to ensure on time delivery.

Major Duties:

•

Responsible for accurately maintaining certifications on materials and providing certifications to customers with shipping documentation.

•

Communicate professionally with the Operations and Shipping departments to ensure all certification is on the truck with material or emailed to customer.

•

Problem solving with internal customers and assisting with research.

•

Use time management concepts to maximize resources.

•

Batch unpackaging in preparation for audits.

•

Assists in scanning, filing, auditing, batch requests, and data entry.

•

Backup for batch packaging, scrap entry, machine performance report, processing returns, and creating cutback batches.

•

General office duties such as stocking office supplies and maintaining paper, toner, and ink in the admin and shared photocopiers.

•

Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

•

High school diploma or GED required.

•

Perform good judgment skills and full circle critical thinking.

•

Customer service and results driven.

•

Data entry with speed and accuracy is required.

•

Oracle experience is preferred.

•

Microsoft Office and experience with other software applications preferred.

•

Great attitude; ability to work well with others and to follow instructions.

•

Communicate and write effectively

•

Follow work rules not limited to: time clock integrity, accountability, attendance, respect, and following processes as set by Farwest Steel required.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $22.50 hourly DOE
