ACCOUNTANT / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Clark Regional Wastewater District seeks a full-time experienced Accountant or Senior Accountant to join the Finance Team. Exciting opportunity for an aspiring and experienced customer service professional at a local, growing utility that strategically invests in its employees.

The ideal candidate possesses the following competencies, along with a desire to work in and serve their community:

· Business degree from accredited college or university in Accounting; CPA a plus.

· 4 years experience in full cycle accounting using enterprise accounting software.

· Understanding of G/L, A/P, A/R and Payroll principles.

· Budgeting and financial reporting experience preferred.

· Governmental fund accounting experience desirable.

Salary range:

· Accountant - $6,425 to $8,400

· Senior Accountant - $7,495 to $9,798 per month

Starting salary range (DOQ):

· Accountant - $6,425 to $7,347

· Senior Accountant - $7,495 to $8,569 per month
