Key Responsibilities:
•Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
•Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vendor account records
•Assist in inventory accounting and reconciliation
•Perform credit card reconciliations and track supporting documentation
•Serve as a backup to payroll processing as needed
•Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
•Support sales tax and other compliance filings
•Work cross-functionally with purchasing, receiving, and operations
•Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes
•Perform ad hoc tasks and assist in other departments when needed
Qualifications:
•3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
•Degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required
•Proficient in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
•Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
•Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative
Bonus Experience (Preferred but Not Required):
•Knowledge of inventory and WIP accounting
•Familiarity with freight, sales tax, and 3-way match processes
•Exposure to internal controls and audit procedures

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
