Reports directly to Vice President of Equipment Sales

Responsibilities

•

Work alongside the regional Equipment Sales Managers to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

•

Receive new equipment sales summaries and open new projects in accounting system.

•

Manage customer communication after new sale is booked.

•

Issue POs to Vendors.

•

Track project costs.

•

Coordinate equipment deliveries.

•

Invoice customers at payment milestones.

•

Coordinate startups and technician schedules with Service Department.

•

Enter vendor invoices into the Accounting System.

•

Monitor opportunity database (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and alignment with accounting system (Sage)

•

Communicate project status with customers.

•

Format, edit, and track project submittal documents.

Location

Full time in office – Plainview, NY

Estimated Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000/annually.

Incentive Bonus: Annual bonus of up to 20% of base pay based upon achievement of individual and team goals.
