Job Title: 2nd Shift Supervisor

Location: Greenwood, SC

Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-Time

Casting Cleaning Resources is a leader in metal casting manufacturing, committed to quality, safety, and operational excellence. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and lead our team during the second shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities of 2nd shift personnel to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Lead shift start-up meetings and ensure clear communication between shifts.

Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.

Maintain accurate records of production, attendance, and shift reports.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to troubleshoot issues and make effective decisions under pressure.

Working knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

Comfortable using production software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

Associate degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Bachelor’s degree is a plus and may substitute for some required experience.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., MRPeasy, SAP, etc.)

Lean/Six Sigma exposure or training.
