The 2nd Shift Leadman role will partner with the Plant Manager in managing the production aggregate operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role will focus on safety, production, maintenance, quality, environmental and other production related activities. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and in the absence of the Plant Manager, will report into the Area Manager.

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.*
