2nd Shift Diesel Mechanic Technician - 2nd Shift

Bjorklund Companies is seeking a 2nd Shift Diesel Mechanic Technician.

M-F 3 or 3:30 pm start time

Job Duties

- Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all types of trucks and equipment.

- Repair and troubleshoot engines such as CAT, Mack, Cummins

- Diagnose, repair, all types of trucks and heavy equipment.

- Fill out paper work. Document work.

- Meet requirements for certifications

Skills and Qualities Technical degree or certification a plus

- Positive attitude and the ability to set goals and accomplish them

- Dot Inspection certification.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Good time management.

Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent

- A minimum of 1 year experience working with diesel engines and heavy equipment or a graduate of an technical school.

- Be able to work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs

- Must have your own set of tools

- Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions

- Must Have Valid Drivers License.

- Must Be able to pass a pre employment drug and alcohol test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
