Job Objective
Support planning, evaluation, and development of major projects across Harvest’s midstream and downstream assets as well as potential acquisitions. Integrate commercial, technical, financial, and regulatory considerations to deliver investment-ready projects that align with corporate growth objectives of the Company. Associate will lead in advancing projects from opportunity identification through Final Investment Decision (FID).
Essential Job Responsibilities
Manage project development from feasibility through handoff, including scope, engineering, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate with business development to evaluate customer demand, contracts, and competitive positioning.
Prepare and analyze economic models, sensitivities, and project justification.
Align cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, legal, EH&S) to ensure project readiness.
Negotiate technical and commercial terms with vendors and third parties.
Develop and deliver board-level presentations to support internal approvals and stage-gate decisions.
Support pre-FID processes and drive projects to FID.
Ensure process improvements and adherence to safety, regulatory, and performance standards.

Qualifications
Minimum eight (8) years oil and gas project management, engineering, and operations experience with broad-based
engineering knowledge and proven project engineering success.
Knowledge of operations in both field and plant environments.
Strong decision-making ability in multi-faceted problems with dynamic team leadership skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and contractors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex information clearly and effectively.
Ability to generate conceptual and detailed cost estimates and manage multiple diverse tasks of differing priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work extended hours as needed.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; preferred proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
Education Requirements, Certifications, Licenses, And Registrations
Required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in engineering.
Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
