We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Workforce Development Intern to

join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce

development initiatives and contribute to meaningful projects that support our organization's

diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and execution of workforce development programs and events.

- Support the development and implementation of DEI training materials and resources.

- Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends and best practices.

- Collaborate with team members to identify and address workforce development needs.

- Participate in meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

- Assist in the coordination of internship and volunteer programs.

: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business

Administration, Education, Psychology and Sociology or a related field.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Passion for workforce development, diversity equity and inclusion, and a desire to learn

and grow in the field.
