Benmet Steel & Metal is a leader in the Canadian scrap and recycling industry located in the heart of Guelph, ON with our second Location in Stratford, ON and newly launched Owen Sound, ON location. We are one of the most established and reputable independent scrap metal processors in Ontario. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Overview and Responsibilities:

Our Inspectors are the heart and soul of our yard. They are responsible for grading and sorting material, in addition to assisting customers with unloading or material inquiries. We are looking for an experienced yard attendant to add to our team and be a driving force in our delivery service. The incumbent will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a leading role in day-to-day operations. This position requires safe and efficient work habits, a working knowledge of both ferrous and non-ferrous metal material and ferrous is considered an asset but not essential.
