Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves installing windows and doors in residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As a Window/Door Installer, you will be responsible for various tasks that require precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installations

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks

- Perform caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing to ensure energy efficiency

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

- Conduct restoration work as needed on existing structures

- Assist with construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, and welding tasks as required

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to window/door installation

- Strong background in construction and carpentry techniques

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately

- Experience with caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing applications

- Knowledge of restoration techniques for existing structures

- Familiarity with construction painting methods

- Basic plumbing skills for related installation tasks

- Experience in welding is a plus

- Competence in flooring installation and tile laying

Pay: $15.80-$25.00 per hour
