What You’ll Do

- Go door-to-door introducing our window replacement services to homeowners

- Set appointments for free in-home consultations—no hard selling

- Use our proven script and lead system

- Represent the company professionally in the field

- Hit daily and weekly performance goals

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality

- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

- Comfortable working outdoors and face-to-face with homeowners

- Willing to learn and follow a system

- Previous door-to-door or sales experience is great but not required

Compensation

- 100% commission: $1,000–$2,500 per closed deal

- Monthly income range: $5,000–$10,000 on average

- Top performers earn $30,000+ per month
