Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner/Team Technician to join our family at PCH Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while utilizing specialized equipment and techniques to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

•

Performing manual labor including but not limited to being able to lift approximately 50 pounds of equipment

•

Being comfortable climbing up to 30 feet on extension ladders

•

Being able to carry tool bags of up to 25 pounds

•

Cleaning solar panels and gutters

•

Feeling comfortable walking on roofs

•

Perform thorough cleaning of windows in commercial buildings, ensuring a streak-free finish

•

Inspect windows for damage or issues and report findings to management.

•

Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.

•

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are clean and safe to use.

•

Being on time for our clients and schedule

•

Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

•

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience with professional window cleaning, pressure washing and/or gutter cleaning is preferred but not required.

•

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

•

Must be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working at heights.

•

A valid CA Drivers License is required

•

Reliable transportation to/from our office in Carlsbad
