JOB DESCRIPTION
The Wellsite Supervisor role involves applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks or jobs for various products and services. Entry and intermediate-level roles receive direct supervision, while senior and fully-qualified roles provide direction to junior specialists, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and make recommendations to improve product and procedure quality. Senior roles may support research and plan assignments and goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participates in daily operations, safety meetings, and reports issues promptly
• Maintains equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe working conditions
• Monitors and analyzes data to recommend services and solutions
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to perform work processes according to role level and competence
• Performs job planning, preparation, mobilization, job execution, and submits job-related data and reports
• Tests, operates, and maintains tools and equipment according to work instructions, policies, and procedures
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients
• Responsible for delivering superior service quality
• Effectively manages inventory and supplies at well sites
• Follows up on failures with the R&M team and ensures failure reports are closed with clients
• Contributes to or leads equipment failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis reports
• Oversees, leads, and mentors Field Operation crew members
• Acts as technical advisors to management and interprets data for client representatives
• Manages the installation of complex equipment and/or services in the field
• Performs other duties and activities safely as assigned by the supervisor
• Delegate work scope to the crew and ensure that instructions are carried out properly.
• Ensure that JHAs are in place for activities and tasks conducted.
• Ensure that tools, supplies, equipment and necessary personnel are on location to permit work to be carried out without interruption. Furthermore, the Supervisor is to ensure that any such supplies that are ordered are approved and the correct documentation is submitted and filed properly.
• Ensure that any incidents are reported in real time.
• Ensure all certification pertaining to pressure control equipment is current and correct for equipment on location and said paperwork is readily available for review.

• Ensure that a daily report of all activities conducted, personnel on location and time worked, key information regarding the operation of pressure control and fluids disposed of is logged and submitted for signing by the Company Representative.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Required:
Minimum 10 years of experience in wellsite supervision of oil & gas operations
Preferred:
Plug and abandonment (P & A) operations experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
•Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics
•Critical thinking, active learning & listening, complex problem-solving
•Good reading and writing skills, strong judgment, and decision-making in line with policies & procedures
•Quality Control Analysis
•Physical capability to perform the role
•Information & task ordering, ability to identify and understand potential problems and solutions
•Ability to react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery
•Ability to visualize how tools and products look when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications
Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic travel of up to 50-75%.
