Job Summary:
American Tool & Die is seeking skilled welders to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior welding experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. A strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and reliability are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
•Perform MIG welding on a variety of components according to specifications
•Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
•Maintain weld quality to meet company and customer standards
•Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
•Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet structural requirements
•Assist in the setup and maintenance of welding machines and tools
•Work to meet daily production targets within a 90-day training period
•Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
•Willingness to cross-train in multiple operations as needed
Experience & Requirements:
•Previous MIG welding experience required; additional welding certifications a plus
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols
•Working knowledge of basic hand tools and welding equipment
•Experience in a high-paced industrial or manufacturing environment
•Strong attention to detail and quality control
•Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
•Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use

•Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts
