Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Welder Helper to join our team. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
•
Assist welders in preparing materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces, band saw, and drill press
•
Operate basic welding equipment and tools
•
Support the setup and operation of press brake machines for metal shaping tasks.
•
Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding projects.
•
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
•
Operate cranes safely to move materials when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
