Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team at Lincoln Center Manufacturing LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality metal components that meet our clients' specifications. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of various projects within our manufacturing facility located in Fulton, OH.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Review quality requirements for individual jobs to ensure requirements are understood and implemented

· Experience with dimensional inspection and documenting results

· Ensure tolerances are held by performing visual and dimensional inspection of finished product

· Maintain timely and accurate documentation and checklists for all inspections or tests in the welding and fabrication process

· Self-motivated and possess ability to work independently to establish procedures

· Experience working in a fabrication shop environment and knowledge of fabrication practices a plus

· Print reading skills, able to read and interpret work orders, blueprints and weld prints

· Enforce compliance with all safety rules and regulations.

· Attention to detail

Competencies Required:

· Welding and/or Fabrication experience, 5+ years

Math skills
