Welder/Fabricator I

Custom metal fabrication company looking for a Fabricator I with some previous experience. 40+ hours per week to start. Competitive wage and benefits package with room to grow, based on experience and performance. MUST HAVE ALUMINUM TIG EXPERIENCE!

Fabricators are responsible for understanding and adhering to LEM’s Quality Management System and customer expectations to properly weld using Stainless TIG and MIG, Aluminum TIG and MIG, and/or Steel TIG and MIG welding procedures and finish by examining, grinding, and polishing products ensuring that product outputs meet customer requirements before product is released. Requiring a strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship, this position is responsible for a variety of maintenance and production tasks that promote a safe, efficient production environment delivering high-quality products.
