About This Job

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Waterproofers & Caulkers to join our team. If you have a proven background in sealing windows, installing glass, and working on high-rise buildings, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

•

Caulking & Sealing: Apply caulk and sealants around windows, doors, and glass surfaces to ensure proper waterproofing and airtightness.

•

High-Rise Work & Rappelling: Safely access elevated areas using industry-standard rappelling techniques.

•

Rigging & Swing Stage Operations: Set up and operate ropes, pulleys, and swing staging equipment with precision and safety.

•

Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure optimal sealant application and long-lasting results.

•

Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and address leaks, cracks, and other waterproofing issues as needed.

•

Below-Grade Waterproofing: Work on waterproofing below-grade surfaces.

•

Deck Systems: Finish coating Puma and Tremco deck systems.

•

Expansion Joint Systems: Install and maintain expansion joint systems (including BALCO/Fire Assembly Expansion Joints).

What We’re Looking For:

•

Proven experience as a Waterproofer, Caulker, or in a related trade.

•

Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, sealants, and application techniques.

•

Ability to work at heights while adhering to proper safety procedures.

•

Proficiency with hand and power tools used in waterproofing and caulking.

•

Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Requirements:

•

Must pass a background check and drug test.

•

OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
