Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled installer to join our team. Our goal is to be the best specialty contractor out there. We need someone good with their hands & capable of learning new systems. Your primary work will be installing firestop, but we do joints caulking, expansion joints, damp proofing, water proofing, traffic coating, & more.
Duties
•
Perform fixture installation, ensuring proper adherence to specs
•
Installing firestop materials
•
Ensure you never miss a detail
•
Install 8 hours a day & show up consistently on time without call outs
•
Solve problems that arise on site with the help of supervisors.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in various construction trades & specifically caulking is the most critical skill.
•
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
•
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
•
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
•
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
•
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
