We take a comprehensive, cost-effective approach to every project—maximizing value while delivering long-lasting solutions. For drinking water systems, we prioritize consistent pressure, exceptional water quality, and straightforward maintenance. Our philosophy on wastewater? The best systems are the ones you don’t notice—quietly performing day after day, only visible during routine maintenance or upgrades. Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on the communities you serve through innovative water and wastewater solutions? We’re seeking a mid-level Water & Wastewater Design Engineer to join our team and help plan and design critical infrastructure systems—including treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, storage facilities, and more. In this role, you’ll contribute to a variety of moderately complex projects, performing tasks such as pressure and flow calculations, designing piping systems, specifying equipment, and coordinating with agencies and stakeholders. With limited oversight, you’ll prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates to guide projects from concept to construction. We're looking for a motivated professional with strong organizational and communication skills, a desire to grow technically, and full proficiency in drafting and design software for water/wastewater systems.
