We’re seeking a Full-Time Warranty Coordinator/ Administrator to join our team. To be successful in this role you must be organized with excellent follow-up habits and able to manage a timeline-based workflow. Responsible for all aspects of the warranty/service process, including but not limited to: construction issue diagnosis, customer service, client and trade scheduling, problem solving, budget management, conflict resolution, clear and concise communication.
Our Warranty Coordinators provide support for the construction of new homes and ensure high-quality service to our clients by performing the following duties:
