# Warehouse Technician

At RNWBL, every role powers the future. As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the parts, components, and equipment that keep our renewable energy projects moving. This is more than a job — it’s a career path where you’ll learn, grow, and take pride in keeping operations running at peak efficiency.

You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and team to handle inventory, move materials safely, and ensure our projects stay on track

What You’ll Do

- Load and unload inventory in and out of the facility

- Perform system transactions to track and manage materials

- Store materials in designated bin locations

- Pick parts and materials for assembly

- Conduct cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory

- Complete receiving reports

- Prepare shipments for outside service providers (palletizing housings, main shafts, covers, etc.) and communicate status

- Pick up or deliver materials to local suppliers as needed

- Uncrate and palletize materials to maximize racking and warehouse space

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

- Operate overhead and jib cranes in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

What You Bring

- Forklift experience (overhead crane experience a plus)

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- High school diploma or GED

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Customer-focused mindset

- Ability to adapt to change and stay organized under shifting priorities

- Drive to take on challenges and learn new skills
