We are looking for a self-motivated and dependable Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, NM. This role supports operations through accurate inventory management, parts coordination, and safe warehouse practices. - Collaborate with operations teams to assess and fulfill inventory needs.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
- Process requisitions for parts and assist managers in troubleshooting inventory-related issues.
- Verify accuracy of received items against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation, scanning, and filing.
- Receive, unpack, and distribute goods; restock shelves and maintain accurate labeling of inventory.
- Process and approve invoices for payment in coordination with accounting.
- Assist with purchase order reconciliation, audits, and documentation of returns following company procedures.
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts, report discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory management procedures and implement approved changes.
- Maintain organized stock of supplies, equipment, and merchandise, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Manage the return of equipment cores and track supplier credits.
- Serve as a parts runner within the Midland/Odessa and Permian Basin areas to support field and operational needs.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with receiving parts and providing backup to the yard supervisor as required
- Maintain adequate stock of designated supplies and ensure their proper storage and handling.

You're an ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in gas compression equipment or warehouse parts management, including inventory control and cycle counts.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with warehouse staff, purchasing departments, and vendors.
- Exceptional organization skills - You're able to work independently, and are capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Forklift experience preferred; able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- A clean driving record with the ability to tow a trailer; willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Flexibility and commitment, with the ability to work extended hours as needed.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks typical of warehouse operations. As Warehouse Specialist, you must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, and handle parts and materials on shelves and pallets. The role may involve standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods, as well as occasional travel to other sites. Employees must maintain focus and adhere to safety protocols while performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
