A premier wholesale distributor of some of the finest beer products in the six-county Philadelphia market Muller Inc. has an opening for a Maintenance Technician at its warehouse in northeast Philadelphia.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in warehouse maintenance. The candidate must have good communication skills as they will interact with other staff and occasionally with outside contractors. You must have a valid driver’s license as you will operate company-owned vehicles to complete maintenance activities on the facility's exterior and within the trailer yard and travel to nearby stores to procure parts and supplies as needed. You will operate a scissor lift, boom lift, and forklift to complete maintenance activities on the facility’s interior and exterior. Tools will be provided. It is your responsibility to maintain and upkeep provided tools, and failure to do so will result in you replacing them at your expense.
Responsibilities
•Perform daily warehouse inspections of the facility and mechanical equipment
•Perform essential electrical maintenance and simple repair/replacement of various electrical circuits and related electronic equipment, using tools such as multi-meters
•Read and understand basic electrical and electronic schematics
•Maintain and troubleshoot motors, photo eyes, limit switches, etc.
•Reset, repair, or replace adjustable components (belts, chains, cables) and wearing components (guides, bearings, wheels, rollers)
•Clean, lubricate, and calibrate equipment; replace filters (water filters, air filters)
•Repair/replace warehouse racking
•Perform basic plumbing repair/replace flushometers, Sloan valves, wax rings, etc.
•Complete minor and routine maintenance such as changing light bulbs and repairing and replacing office furniture.
•Follow appropriate safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
