The Opportunity

We are seeking a Warehouse Technician who has the skills and expertise to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of the warehouse. This role involves a combination of physical tasks, such as material handling and forklift operation, and administrative duties, such as data entry and inventory management.

What You Will Do

Physical Activities:

•

Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying quantities and conditions

•

Move materials within the warehouse using forklifts and other equipment

•

Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization

•

Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications

•

Loading and shipping out outgoing shipments for delivery

•

Counting, auditing and other activities, as needed

Administrative Duties

•

Accurately enter warehouse transactions into the ERP system, including receipts, transfers, and shipments

•

Running Material Replenishing Planning (MRP)

•

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic cycle counts

•

Assist with physical inventory counts

•

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

•

Prepare reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics

•

Expect travel withing USA and Canada

Safety Compliance

•

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

•

Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and responsibly

•

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment

•

Report any safety hazards or incidents to management

Minimum Qualifications

•

High school diploma or equivalent

•

Ability to Operate Heavy Equipment (Forklift)

•

At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment

•

Strong organizational and time management skills

•

Attention to detail and accuracy

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•

Physical fitness to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

•

Available on-call and within 60 miles (1 hour response time) to the warehouse

Preferred Qualifications

•

Experience with SAP or Dynamics 365

•

Inventory management certification or similar education

Compensation will be competitive and aligned with experience and industry standards.

This role will not follow the hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will work on-site, as scheduled.
