Warehouse/Light Production

Monarch Metal, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of architectural metals and panel hanging systems. We have experienced tremendous growth and currently have a full-time job opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for a self-motivated warehouse/production worker to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. As a member of our team you will be responsible for light production, shipping, receiving, picking, and packing. The ideal candidate will be a drug free, detail oriented team player who assumes prompt, accurate, and systematic handling of product orders. Beyond meaningful and challenging work, you'll receive on the job training to help you learn what you need to know to become a valuable contributor to our warehouse/production team and company. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and/or fabrication training for the right candidate.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

- Must have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

- Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

- Requires activities involving being around moving machinery.

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds.

- Excellent attendance is required.

- Reliable transportation to get you to and from work.

- Forklift experience is preferred, but not required, we will train you.

This is a full-time position requiring you to work Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day from 8:30AM-5:00PM. (30 minute lunch from 12-12:30 and two paid breaks during the day).
