About Our Warehouse Support Role
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated worker with a positive, team focused attitude. This is a flex role which means you will learn a variety of Warehouse functions and support team members as needed. If you like to perform a variety of tasks and take pride in contributing to the success of a team, this is the position for you!
It's a physical job - you may be on your feet for 90% to 95% of your workday. You will be expected to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Bending, stretching, and climbing ladders will be daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Learn and perform various Warehouse tasks including inventory, receiving, and shipping
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Meet departmental delivery goals by prioritizing and completing workload in a timely manner
- These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.
- Communication: You will interact with peers, team leads, and managers in a kind and professional manner, because communication is essential for a successful day
- Teamwork: You work well with others with an attitude of cooperation and achievement, and you are committed to the success of the team as a whole
- Work Ethic: You are production-focused and have a highly developed sense of urgency and prioritization to help us meet our delivery timelines
- Attention to Detail: You make a conscious effort to focus on quality and safety

Qualifications
- Comfortable in a warehouse setting and with the physical requirements of the position
- One to two years of warehouse experience is a plus
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; or current student
- Forklift experience a plus; training and certification provided as needed

This is a full-time, in person position, with the occasional opportunity for overtime. Starting salary is determined by experience, education, and potential.
