Come join our amazing team out of Taunton, MA. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Day Shift Lead - Taunton, MA..Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm.

We offer a great benefits package and working atmosphere! Summary: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for leading the daily operational tasks of our Taunton warehouse. This role involves working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and team to ensure all tasks related to product production, receipt of packaged goods, and inventory reconciliation are completed accurately and in accordance with internal procedures. The Warehouse Lead will also ensure that facilities rules, processes, and regulations are adhered to, including maintaining warehouse cleanliness and enforcing and following all safety protocols. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* Oversee daily tasks of warehouse day shift based on work identified by the warehouse supervisor

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:* High School Diploma/GED and 2 years experience in similar role

Physical Requirements:* Able to occasionally bend, walk, climb, push, pull, reach

Work Environment:

The environment may be noisy due to machinery and the movement of goods. Workers are expected to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and sometimes eye protection. May be exposed to varied temperatures at times outdoors and indoors (heat/cold).
