Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Warehouse Inventory Clerk – 1st shift

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Basic Requirements

- 1-3 years of warehouse and inventory management experience.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Excellent time management skills.

- Must be proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks and ERP/MRP.

- Ability to lift 25-50lbs.

- Must have a clean driving record.

Desired Requirements

- Solid knowledge base of electrical components and switchgear components.

- Knowledge of engineering drawings and electrical drawings.

- 3 years of forklift driving experience.

Job Functions

- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical cycle counts.

- Report all variance to cycle counts to manager.

- Maintain Kanban system and replenish stock as needed.

- Monitor VMI electrical bin fill.

- Ensuring the kitting of jobs in a timely manner.

- Make a sales receipt to capture the cost of items pulled and transfer the cost to the job.

- Mark BOM and highlight BOM with sales receipt numbers.

- Add all items pulled by the floor from stock to the 9000 numbers on BOMs and create Sales Receipts.

- Have any item leaving the warehouse signed for.

- Returns to warehouse – Do sales receipts to return items back into inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
