Warehouse Clerk – Shipping & Receiving

Summary

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is a key role at Dynatool Industries in the United States. This position is responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations to ensure smooth logistics processes that support our manufacturing excellence and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely processing of materials.

- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.

- Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize storage efficiently.

- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during handling and transportation.

- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (if applicable).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of safety standards related to logistics.

- Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems.

- Preferred: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
