Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, picking, delivering, and tracking materials, equipment, and tools. Maintains inventory records, operating equipment, and clean and organized work environment.

Essential Functions
•Logs, receives, stores, and organizes incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
•Tracks and maintains inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping of materials and tools.
•Delivers materials to specific work locations as requested by field operations leaders.
•Supports logistics and warehouse teams by coordinating material movement, sets up tool repair and warranty orders.
•Maintains a clean and safe work environment by organizing materials, removing debris, and recycling waste.
•Operates on-site equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial lift platforms (if certified).
•Communicates effectively with field leaders and team members to fulfill material requests.
•Adheres to safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for all materials and equipment.
•Performs other general labor tasks as assigned to support site operations.
Minimum Qualifications
•High school diploma or GED.
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
•Warehouse or inventory coordination experience.
•Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in construction or logistics.
OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in the successful performance of the job. Additional education may substitute for required experience on one-for-one year basis or vice versa.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Knowledge of inventory management and material handling best practices.
•Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and equipment operation protocols.
•Skill in operating forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial lift platforms (training provided).
•Skill in organizing, tracking, and maintaining accurate records of materials and tools.
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing site needs.
•Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, field leaders, and logistics teams.
•Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
Work Environment
•Heavy work environment. Continuous indoor and outdoor work with heavy exposure to extreme physical, ergonomic, and/or emotional hazardous environment. Work requires lifting 50 pounds or more and wearing protective equipment; exposure to extreme weather, noise, hazard; requiring climbing, crawling, lying, and working under pressure.
